Service and current availability

CreoArt is being built as an AI image and video creative studio. This website release provides creative examples, a prompt and reference-image preview interface, and available account features. Generation and purchases are not enabled. Model names, draft settings, and example artwork do not guarantee that a model or parameter is currently available for execution.

Use of the website is subject to these terms and applicable law. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts and drafts

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share an account to bypass limits or access another person's records. Report suspected unauthorized access through the support route below.

The creator's current draft and image preview are held in your browser session. They can be lost when you reload or leave. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of important inputs; no task submission or cloud backup occurs merely by preparing a draft.

Your content and acceptable use

Only provide content you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for prompts, references, support attachments, and any use you make of them. Do not submit secrets or another person's private information without an appropriate basis.

Do not use the service to infringe rights, commit fraud, create harmful or unlawful content, distribute malware, bypass access controls, scrape private records, or disrupt service operation. The presence of an example is not permission to reproduce another person's protected work or likeness.

Examples, models, and future outputs

Examples illustrate creative directions; they are not proof of a generation completed for your account or a guarantee of a particular result. Website branding and examples do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

Before AI generation is enabled, the relevant model capabilities, input rules, credit costs, and output handling will be stated. Generated content may contain mistakes or resemble existing material. This website does not currently promise exclusive ownership, unrestricted commercial use, perfect accuracy, unlimited generation, or permanent storage of future outputs. Applicable provider terms and third-party rights must also be considered.

Payments and credits

No purchase or paid generation is offered in this release. Draft parameter changes do not authorize a payment. If existing account history contains credit records, those records do not mean that a new transaction has occurred on this page.

Before charging for any feature, CreoArt will publish the price, billing basis, entitlements, and applicable cancellation and refund rules. Returning an internal credit after a failed task is different from refunding a monetary payment. See the Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

The website may change as development progresses and may be unavailable during maintenance or faults. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security issues, or legal obligations. Material changes to these terms or the introduction of paid features will be communicated through the website or another appropriate service notice.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Use your own judgment before relying on creative examples or outputs. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit responsibility where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
