Privacy Policy · CreoArt

How CreoArt handles accounts, browser drafts, and task history during its initial website release.

Last updated: 2026-10-30

Scope and current service

This policy applies to the CreoArt website. The current release lets you explore creative examples, prepare image or video instructions, and use the available account features. AI generation and purchases have not been opened. Preparing a prompt or previewing a reference image in the creator does not submit it to a model provider.

Information handled by the website

  • Account information: when you register or sign in, the service processes the account details you provide, such as your email address, display name, and authentication information needed to maintain your session. Connected sign-in options are used only when available and chosen by you.
  • Browser drafts and previews: text and settings entered in the creator, and a reference image selected for preview, are held in the browser for that editing session. They are not automatically saved as a generated task. Reloading or leaving the page may discard them; a local preview is not an uploaded or backed-up asset.
  • Existing task history: if your account has task records, the library can show their prompt, model, status, timestamps, and credit amount. This release does not offer durable media storage or downloads from those records merely because a task is listed.
  • Support information: a support request may contain the message and attachments you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other secrets.
  • Technical information: hosting and security systems process network requests and information needed to serve the website, authenticate sessions, diagnose errors, and limit abuse.

Why information is used

Information is used to operate account features, display your own task history, respond to support requests, maintain security, and diagnose service problems. We do not use a local prompt draft to initiate a generation or charge your account in this release.

Cookies and browser settings

Authentication uses session information such as cookies. Language and appearance preferences may also use cookies or browser storage. Clearing site data or blocking required cookies can sign you out or reset preferences. Optional analytics or other integrations depend on the website's configuration; material changes to data collection will be described before they are introduced.

Service providers and future generation

The website relies on hosting, database, and other technical service providers to operate. AI model connections are planned, but are not enabled in the creator. Before enabling them, CreoArt will explain the relevant provider processing, inputs sent, output handling, and applicable retention or transfer arrangements. Do not treat a model name in the interface as evidence that your content has been sent to that provider.

Purchases are also disabled in this release. A payment provider and its handling of billing information will be identified before payment is offered.

Retention and security

Account, support, and historical task records are distinct from temporary browser drafts. This release does not promise permanent storage, a fixed media retention period, or automatic backup of drafts. Records may need to be retained for service operation, security, support, or applicable legal obligations. Access controls and operational safeguards reduce risk, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Questions and requests

You can update available profile fields through your account settings. For questions about account information, access, correction, or deletion requests, use Support after signing in. Available rights and any identity verification or retention requirements depend on the request and applicable law. The website does not currently provide a self-service account export or deletion promise.

Changes

The date above identifies this version. Material changes, including enabling generation or payments, will be reflected in the relevant policies and service notices before those features are offered.
